Job Summary
Build and run the civil works arm of a growing contracting entity. Own contracts end-to-end, report directly to the Director, and be the company's technical lead for BCA registration. Suitable for civil engineers or site engineers with 3–6 years' experience ready to step into a PM seat.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of civil works contracts including site clearance, drainage, fencing, surface works, haulage, and disposal to meet project objectives
Manage project programmes, budgets, and client communications to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Coordinate execution activities with T.A.G. Construction’s site team to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards
Serve as the company’s technical personnel for BCA CRS registration, maintaining all required qualifications and compliance
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, track records, and compliance reports to support company growth
Support tender preparation, quotation development, and regulatory submissions to secure new contracts
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, or Construction Management from a BCA-recognised institution
3 to 6 years of site or project experience in Singapore construction, demonstrating ability to manage civil works projects
Proficient in reading civil and drainage drawings, preparing method statements, and managing sub-contractors effectively
Strong written and spoken English communication skills for clear reporting and client interaction
Willingness to complete BCCPE and site safety courses within the first month (company-sponsored) to meet safety and regulatory standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in earthworks, drainage, demolition, or infrastructure works to enhance project delivery capabilities
Prior listing as technical personnel on a BCA registration, demonstrating familiarity with regulatory requirements
Possession of a Class 3 driving licence to support site mobility and operational needs
