- Identify, order, and commission essential process equipment according to CGMP standards within the Operations Engineering Cycle to drive business success.
- Serve as the engineering process owner for designated areas, ensuring all procedures align seamlessly with organisational goals.
- Develop and update manufacturing documentation and procedures to support both commercial products and the introduction of exciting new products onto the production floor.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new products meet business targets for quality, output, and cost.
- Enhance product and process quality by developing and refining manufacturing processes that boost output and minimise defects.
- Conduct qualification activities for products, processes, vendors, components, assemblies, tooling, and supplier specifications as needed.
- Support material discrepancy review and disposition activities (MRB) for existing commercial products to uphold high compliance standards.
- Reduce product/process defects while improving yields through thoughtful problem-solving rooted in engineering principles.
