Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from sales order processing to billing and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support sales order recognition, billing, invoicing, and other related activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure all business processes comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor order status, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by the Business Operations Manager.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for business trips, training, conferences, seminars, and meetings as required by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales order processing, billing, invoicing, and order fulfilment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be based in Malaysia and willing to travel locally and overseas for business meetings, training, conferences, seminars, and other work-related activities as required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
