Senior Consultant, Card Portfolio Migrationt | Kuala Lumpur | 12-Month Contract

Based in Kuala Lumpur on a 12-month contract, you'll work closely with programme leadership within a leading global financial services organisation at the forefront of regional transformation.

The Role

Taking ownership across selected migration workstreams, you will:

• Define workstream plans, milestones and decision requirements aligned to programme objectives
• Drive cross-functional coordination across technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance and marketing
• Contribute to readiness reviews, cutover preparation and post-go-live stabilisation efforts
• Map card products, features, pricing and rewards propositions across portfolio segments
• Identify customer and operational impacts and recommend measures to reduce disruption and attrition
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to resolve issues and build consensus
• Produce senior-level presentations, roadmaps and programme status updates

What We're Looking For

A strong fit will bring:

• At least eight years' experience spanning consulting, cards, payments or financial services transformation
• A demonstrable track record delivering cards or payment scheme migration at scale
• Solid technical grounding in card issuing, clearing, settlement and payment processing flows
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-vendor programmes with competing priorities
• Confident executive communication and structured problem-solving skills
• A degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or a related discipline
• PMP, Prince2 or Agile certification and regional multi-market experience are advantageous
