Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarm signals and respond promptly according to service standards.

• Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers for alarm-related issues.

• Handle customer enquiries regarding products, accounts and services.

• Recommend suitable solutions to address customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify recurring issues and share customer feedback with supervisors for service improvement.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any non-compliance.

• Maintain accurate customer account profiles and prioritise key accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec qualification with 1-2 years' experience in fast-paced Call Center environment.

• Able to perform rotating 12 hours shift work, 4 days a week.
