In Summary

Responsibilities
You will manage the day-to-day operations and growth of various brands across Shopee, Lazada and RedMart. You will own listings, promotions, pricing, inventory coordination and performance reporting, making sure each brand's storefront is competitive, well stocked and profitable.
Account and Store Management
Manage brand storefronts on Shopee, Lazada and RedMart through each platform's seller centre.
Create, update and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, variations, attributes) for search visibility and conversion.
Keep pricing, stock levels and product information accurate across platforms.
Monitor store health metrics (ratings, chat response rate, late shipment rate, cancellations, returns) and act on issues quickly.
Campaigns and Promotions
Plan and execute platform campaigns (e.g. double-date sales, mega sales, payday sales, RedMart promotions) and brand-level vouchers, bundles and flash deals.
Register products for platform campaigns and meet submission deadlines.
Manage on-platform advertising (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, etc.), including budgets, keyword bidding and ROAS tracking.
Operations and Coordination
Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics partners and supply chain teams on stock replenishment, order fulfilment and inbound shipments to RedMart.
Resolve order issues, returns, refunds and customer enquiries in line with platform policies.
Keep product compliance and platform listing policies up to date.
Analysis and Reporting
Track daily, weekly and monthly sales, traffic, conversion and ad performance.
Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Use data to identify best sellers, slow movers and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing stores on Shopee and/or Lazada.
Experience with FMCG or consumer brands is preferred.
Salary and Remuneration
Monthly Basic Salary of SGD$3,500 plus a performance incentive of up to SGD$500 upon achievement of agreed KPIs.
