Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Basic around $2,400/month – $2,600/month
Daily Allowance: $10/day
AWS + Year-End Bonus (based on performance)
Medical benefits / Yearly Increment
Work Locations: Yishun/ Jurong East (Company provides shuttle bus)
️ Working Schedule:
4334 (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am) rotating shift pattern
Training will be: 5 days work - after probation will allocate to shift
Choice of Rotating Shift (changes every 2 months) OR Fixed Day Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Move / carry wafers (up to 10kg wafer cassette)
Perform wafer testing on wafer machines / platforms / inspection with microscope
Carry out die testing & sorting according to schedule
Maintain 6S standards (cleanliness, safety, standardization, etc.)
Able work at different stations according to production requirements
Requirements
Experience in wafer fab is an advantage
No experience? Training will be provided
Good eyesight required for microscope inspection
Good attendance is MUST
