Responsibilities for Project Architect
:
Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances
Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
Assist in tender process
Contract and construction management
TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project
What you will need as Project Architect
:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
from a recognized university.
Minimum of 2 years
of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
