Forward Minder Organisation is a group of agency units affiliated with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. We are located at 450 Alexandra Road, Singapore 119960.

• This job is a full-time role with normal working hours, from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5.30 pm.
• The agency leader allocated to you may require you to drop by the office for updates and attend specific meetings.

What you'll be doing

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand various industries and analyse where and what the demand is.
• Client Development and Maintenance: Identify and develop relationships with clients, both new and existing. Cultivate strong partnerships by understanding their business objectives, culture, and needs
• Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients regarding their requirements. Collaborate with clients to develop customised solutions tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
• Position Delivery and Communication: Manage the delivery of new positions secured from clients by liaising closely with the Consultant Team
• Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients to finalise terms of engagement. Strive to achieve mututally beneficial agreements while maintaining client satisfaction and business profitablity
• Networking: Atetend networking sessions, industry events and professional gatherings to expand professioanl networks and foster new business opportunities. Actively engage with potential clients to promote services and build lasting relationships.

What we're looking for

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education (SG/SGPR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bbuild raport and establish credibility with clients
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective strategies and solutions
• Ability to work fcollaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Negotiation skills and the abiulity to drive consensus among stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals

Remuneration

$2,500 - $4,000 per month depending on level of experience.

Commission will be shared accordingly.
