Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di Bahru Stainless Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures, while complying with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the required product quality standards.
• Perform inventory control, material handling, tooling and roll storage, and housekeeping activities.
• Carry out basic machine and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, particularly for welding machines.
• Perform data entry by downloading and uploading material, process and production information in the Production Management System.
• Handle and manage scrap materials within designated production areas.
• Promptly report any incidents, accidents or unsafe conditions within the assigned work area.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, cleanliness and 6S practices on the production line.
• Lead and coordinate team members in performing roll and brush changing activities.
• Provide operational support to other sections during equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 3 years of working experience in a production environment; or a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in a production environment.
• Computer literate, with basic computer skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possession of a valid forklift or overhead crane licence/certificate will be an added advantage.
• Certification as an authorised confined space entrant and standby person will be an added advantage.
• Emergency Response Team (ERT) training will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts and demonstrate flexibility in working hours.
• Must possess own transport.
• Able to multitask, work effectively in a team and adapt to changing operational requirements.
