Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Arrange, coordinate and monitor the work of the casual workers, to ensure optimum utilization of site labour and quality of work carried out.
• To complete the task within the time frame given by superior
• Daily Site Supervision: Planning, overseeing construction activities, monitor daily manpower, and coordinate the routine tasks of construction crews
• Quality Control & Inspections: Support QC supervisor to regular site checks to verify that civil, structural, or architectural works comply to project quality specifications and standards.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Support Safety Supervisor to enforce health and safety protocols, and attend safety briefings
• Material & Resource Coordination: Track the delivery, offloading, and organized storage of building materials and equipment, ensuring workers have what they need to stay productive
• Documentation & Reporting: monitor and update daily progress report.

Requirements:

• Possess diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Possess good problem solving, organizational and analytical thinking skills.
• Must have good leadership and can work independently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
