Our client, a company in the equipment and machinery manufacturing industry, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor & HR Compliance Executive to manage vendor coordination, HR administration and employment compliance in accordance with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, agreements and daily coordination.

• Maintain accurate vendor and employee records, including renewals and compliance documents.

• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure employment documentation and HR processes comply with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.

• Monitor employment requirements covering contracts, salary payments, working hours, overtime and leave entitlements.

• Review documentation, identify compliance gaps and support audit preparation.

• Prepare reports, trackers and other administrative documents.

• Handle vendor and HR-related queries and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in vendor management, HR operations or compliance with good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.

• Familiar with employment documentation and statutory requirements.

• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Independent, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.

Added Advantage

• Experience handling employment-related audits and compliance checks.

• Exposure to managing multiple vendors or large workforce accounts.

A hands-on and organized individual with strong attention to detail, good stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage vendor operations and HR compliance effectively.
