About the Roles

Join as a Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment / Technical Solutions) based in Boon Lay, working Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 6:15 PM in a permanent position. The role offers a basic salary with transport allowance, mobile allowance, and performance bonus, together with opportunities to support clients with industrial equipment and technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to service delivery and deal closure.
• Identify client requirements and assess equipment needs to prepare suitable sales proposals and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support business growth.
• Provide after-sales support by assisting with equipment issues and recommending suitable materials, machinery, or replacement parts.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure projects progress according to quality and performance requirements.
• Carry out sales strategies set by management to grow the customer base and market reach.
• Work with team members to gather information and prepare tender submissions.
• Strengthen product knowledge to introduce innovative technologies and value-added solutions to clients.
• Review sales performance with management and provide updates on prospects, targets, and project timelines.
• Support the Sales Manager in preparing periodic reports and updating suppliers on sales activities and project status.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is an advantage.
• Candidates without sales experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Experience with tender systems such as GeBIZ is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence is required.
