Job Description
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage social media content, digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
Salary: SGD 3,500–4,500 per month
Performance Bonus: Subject to individual performance and company policy
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar Mrt
Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media content strategies and monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu
Create, film and edit short-form videos, reels, photographs and marketing visuals using tools such as Canva, CapCut or equivalent software.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Support email marketing, paid advertising, seminars, webinars and promotional events.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on content ideas, filming schedules, approvals and publishing timelines.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
Hands-on experience in filming, video editing and social media content production.
Proficient in Canva or equivalent graphic design tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proactive, creative and adaptable, with a focus on generating leads and achieving marketing results.
Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation or the financial services/insurance industry will be an advantage.
