Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations.
Follow up closely with clients on the issued quotations.
Prepare and submit Progress Claims.
Follow-up on the claims and retention amounts.
Read & review new contracts.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Survey/ Building Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Meticulous, detailed and conscientious with positive work attitude, committed and able to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
