Role Description The Clinic Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunway Pyramid. This role supports daily clinic operations, including greeting patients, managing reception duties, and assisting with appointment scheduling and patient registration. The Clinic Assistant helps maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, supports basic patient care tasks under supervision, and ensures smooth patient flow. Responsibilities also include handling phone and in-person inquiries, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and managing basic administrative tasks such as record updates and filing. The role requires consistent adherence to clinic protocols, privacy standards, and safety procedures.
