About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Influencer Partnership Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

This position is ideal for person with a strong Trend instinct, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creator economy trends.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Client Operations

• Translate client campaign briefs into actionable influencer strategies and content angles.
• Build curated Creator / Key Opinion Leader (KOL) lists aligned with client target audiences and budgets.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing delivery schedules, content reviews, and campaign timelines.

Sourcing, Outreach & Negotiations

• Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard both rising and established creators.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and commercial rates to maximize campaign return on investment (ROI).
• Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with top-performing creators and talent managers.

Compliance, Logistics & Analytics

• Review creator content against brand guidelines and advertising compliance regulations (e.g., proper sponsorship disclosures).
• Manage product seeding, sample delivery logistics, and creator payment administration.
• Collect performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR) to compile end-of-campaign analytics reports and actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads) and current viral content trends.
• Commercial Mindset: Strong negotiation potential and confidence initiating outreach to external partners.
• Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple creator timelines simultaneously.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional client and creator interactions.
• 0 - 3+ Years of Experience: We are hiring both graduates and experienced industry professionals.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
