Kerja Sepenuh Masa Food Production Operator, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,553.33 di Inter Island Group Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient preparation, weighing, cooking, filling, sealing, retort processing and packing.
• Operate production machinery safely and follow established procedures.
• Check product weight, packaging quality and product appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Follow food safety requirements and production SOPs.
• Complete production records and report any defects or equipment issues.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Food Handler Training and typhoid vaccination are preferred.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 5 or 5.5 working days per week, depending on production requirements
• 1-hour break

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,400
• Full Attendance Allowance: RM 200 per month
• Quarterly KPI Incentive: RM 300 – RM 500
• Overtime allowance, where applicable
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions
• On-the-job training and stable full-time employment
