We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join a leading organization in Johor Bahru.

Role Overview

• Drive new business development and identify new customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Sell logistics solutions covering warehousing, distribution, transportation and value-added services.
• Build a strong pipeline and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Lead solution-based discussions, RFQs and commercial negotiations.
• Develop opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, retail, chemicals, semiconductor and data centres.
• Work closely with internal operations and solution teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B logistics / 3PL / warehousing sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new customers.
• Existing network among businesses and decision-makers in the Johor market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and solution-selling skills.
• Candidates currently based in Johor Bahru / nearby Johor locations will be preferred due to the nature of the role.
