Responsibilities

Campaigns & Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including social media, email, and search to promote project launches and ongoing sales.
• Create concise ad copy, social posts, and simple visuals that match our brand voice and project features.
• Manage paid social and search budgets and optimise ads for leads and conversions.
• Coordinate content calendar and work with external vendors for production when needed.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Qualify and follow up leads from campaigns and walk-ins, turning inquiries into site visits and buyer meetings.
• Maintain relationships with property agents and local partners to expand referral channels.
• Support on-site events, open houses, and community activities to drive engagement and convert prospects.
• Use CRM to track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign metrics and compile weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
• Use Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic spreadsheet models to measure ROI and lead quality.
• Run simple A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Present findings to the team and adapt tactics based on data and feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Around 2 years of marketing or business development experience, ideally with exposure to property, real estate, or retail environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting events, site visits, or sales activities is a strong advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and follow-up actions.
• Comfortable creating content for social channels and basic graphic or presentation materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email marketing platforms.

• Clear communicator who writes and speaks well with customers and partners.
• Organised and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple small projects at once.
