The Job

What you'll be doing
You'll spend most of your time trying to simplify very complex products and ideas. It may be an uphill battle, but it's worth it. If you succeed, your designs will enable thousands of people to serve millions of our customers better. We say that, if you can work in a bank, you can work anywhere. • Simplify complex banking products and processes into intuitive user experiences
• Design digital experiences across credit cards and personal loan journeys
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Create interaction designs and prototypes for digital products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders
• Present design recommendations and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Support products from discovery through delivery and launch

The Talent

• Minimum 5 years of UX/Product Design experience in digital products
• Proven track record of leading products from discovery, design and launch
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design ownership
• Experience in user research, interaction design, prototyping and stakeholder management
• Ability to solve complex problems and simplify user experiences
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience working closely with product, engineering and business teams
• Banking, fintech or financial services experience is advantageous
• Exposure to regional markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan is preferred
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools preferred
