We are seeking an experienced Senior Expert in Consolidation and Group Reporting to join a high-performing finance team supporting HQ global finance reporting. This role will play a key part in overseeing group consolidation activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, enhancing reporting processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries.

Your new role

• Lead and oversee the preparation of consolidated group financial reports in accordance with international accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvements across consolidation, reporting, and financial close processes.
• Partner closely with regional finance, controlling, tax, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Support the implementation of new reporting requirements, systems enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audit-related activities.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on group reporting matters and complex accounting transactions.
• Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a collaborative team culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent is advantageous.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in group reporting, consolidation, external audit, or financial reporting, with prior managerial exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and group consolidation principles.
• Experience working within multinational corporations, shared service environments, or complex group structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
