JOB LOCATION AT KLANG @ KAMPUNG JAWA

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the machinery manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and perform basic programming/setting of CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare machines, tools and materials for production.
• Produce parts accurately and efficiently while meeting required quality standards.
• Review and verify drawings before machining begins.
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality.
• Know how to take care of machine .Carry out routine machine maintenance, housekeeping and basic troubleshooting.
• Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities promptly
• Safeguard all machines, tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Work closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to improve processes.
• Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Employment Details

• Job Type: Permanent
• Salary: RM2,000 – RM6,000 per month
• Preferred experience: Minimum 3-4 years in CNC milling
