Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

At least 3 years of working experience in sales or a related field.

Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

Able to work independently and maintain good relationships with customers.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

Promote and sell company products or services to potential and existing customers.

Follow up on customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate sales terms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company sales performance.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Handle customer feedback and provide professional after-sales support.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and follow-up activities.
