Tanggungjawab

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Wash, chop, and prep ingredients (meat, seafood, vegetables, sauces), and cook dishes according to standard recipes or stall procedures.
  • Order & Service Execution: Prepare and assemble orders quickly during peak breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours to maintain fast service.
  • Portion & Quality Control: Follow consistent portion sizes to control food waste and check ingredient freshness before cooking.
  • Hygiene & Sanitation: Keep the small stall kitchen, cooking equipment, and utensils clean, and store raw and cooked foods at proper temperatures in line with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) standards.
  • Stock & Inventory Support: Check daily supplies, monitor low stock items, and assist with receiving or organizing deliveries.
  • Counter Support (when required): Help with customer service, taking orders, cashiering, or packing takeaway food and drinks if the stall team is small.
