Job Summary


Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of building electrical and mechanical systems. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements while supporting daily facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities through the CMMS system.
• Perform routine inspection and monitoring of electrical and M&E systems.
• Prepare and manage Permit to Work (PTW) documentation.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance and project works.
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks to technicians.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) alarms and respond to system faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, and technical documentation.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and asset information in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, and stakeholders on maintenance matters.
• Support emergency response, shutdown activities, and critical incidents.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Chargeman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga A4.
• Experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, BMS, CMMS, and PTW processes.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
