Diploma qualification is preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or related administrative functions is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and candidates without working experience are encouraged to apply.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, and record-keeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to maintain accurate financial records.

Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial information.

Willing to learn new accounting systems, financial procedures, and company processes.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Assist in managing daily finance and accounting operations.

Prepare and maintain financial documents, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting records.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Monitor and record incoming and outgoing payments accurately.

Support bank reconciliation and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, statements, and summaries.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of accounting documents.

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding payment and financial matters.

Assist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial data entry.

Support the finance team during month-end closing and other accounting activities.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Perform any other finance-related duties or tasks assigned by management.
