Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
Plan, organize and coordinate construction activities, manpower, materials and equipment.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen and construction workers.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
Review construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Ensure all construction activities comply with Singapore workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
Monitor manpower allocation, material usage and overall site productivity.
Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
Ensure timely completion and handover of construction projects.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a site management role.
Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, regulations and workplace safety requirements.
Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple work teams and meet project deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting.
Willing to work at different construction sites when required.
Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
