Job Scope

• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and WhatsApp Business).
• Create and schedule social media posts according to the content calendar.
• Assist in designing simple marketing materials such as posters, banners, and promotional content.
• Support the team in editing short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write engaging captions and hashtags for social media posts.
• Monitor social media engagement, including comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
• Prepare basic marketing reports, including social media performance and campaign results.
• Assist in updating the company website and online business profiles when required.
• Support photography and videography during company events, tours, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time.
• Perform administrative tasks related to digital marketing and content management.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
