Work location: Work Location: RadLink Lite @ Tampines
Working Hours: 44 hours per week (Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5pm & Saturday from 8:30 am - 1 pm)

Job Scope:

1. Patient Registration & Frontline Support

• Register patients accurately in the system and ensure proper identification and documentation.
• Provide friendly and efficient front-line support to patients and visitors at the centre.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times to ensure a positive patient experience.

2. Patient Records & Enquiries

• Maintain and update patient records systematically and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
• Attend to patients’ needs and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, in person or via phone/email.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Management

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments effectively to minimize waiting time and optimize workflow.

4. Call Handling & Communication

• Answer telephone calls promptly and follow established call handling protocols
• Provide accurate information and route calls to the appropriate personnel where necessary.

5. Billing & Payment Collection

• Accurately collect payments at the point of service and issue official receipts.
• Submit insurance claims and follow up closely to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with the Payment Management SOP.

6. Administrative Support & Ad-Hoc Duties

• Support general administrative tasks to ensure efficient centre operations.
• Perform any other duties or assignments delegated by the Operations Executive/Operations Manager to support centre operations.
