Kelayakan
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
- Good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude towards work.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, monthly closing, and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments, follow up on collections, and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
