Job Description

Qualified and Licensed Competent Boilerman Grade 2 to operate, maintain, and ensure the safe running of the company’s boiler systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures to guarantee efficient boiler performance.

1. Operate and monitor boilers and related equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

2. Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.

3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to boiler operation and safety.

4. Maintain accurate records of boiler operation, maintenance activities, and any incidents.

5. Assist in troubleshooting and repair of boiler equipment.

6. Coordinate with other departments such as Safety, Maintenance, and Production to ensure smooth operations.

7. Attend and complete all necessary certified training and examinations to maintain the boiler license.

8. Support the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Boilerman Grade 2 License.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience operating steam boilers or related equipment (requirement for certification)
• Minimum educational qualifications : SPM or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of boiler operation, safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to undergo further training or certification as required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant local safety and environmental regulations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
