Manage and coordinate production planning activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements, delivery schedules and supply commitments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, production schedules, delivery timelines and supply-related issues.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve planning and delivery issues.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to customers on production progress, order status and delivery schedules.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify deviations from targets and support root cause analysis.
Collaborate with production, customer service and supply chain teams to improve planning accuracy and delivery performance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
