Job details :

• Position: Inside Sales Support

• Working Hours: Flexible working time
• Salary: Up to RM2,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up with existing leads and prospects.
• Convert potential leads into successful sales.
• Communicate with prospects professionally and effectively.
• Maintain and update daily sales performance records.
• Monitor sales progress and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Note : No need to find or source your own customers. Leads will be provided.

Requirements :

• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
• Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with sales experience who are looking for flexible working arrangements and an income based on their performance.
