This role is ideal for an experienced retail operations professional who enjoys improving processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting retail excellence. You will collaborate with regional retail teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent operational standards and smooth store operations across multiple markets.

The Job

• Drive retail operational excellence across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand by implementing standardized SOPs, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee store facilities, maintenance, vendor management, procurement, and contracts to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate operational and logistics support for new store openings, renovations, inventory movements, and stock transfers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on system implementations, in-store initiatives, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor store operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budgeting and expenditure reviews.
• Support retail excellence initiatives, including customer experience improvements, mystery shopping, and operational tools to strengthen overall store performance.
  

The Talent

• Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably within luxury, premium retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, store operations, and vendor coordination.
• Regional or multi-market retail operations experience will be an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
