Executive Personal Assistant to the Director (Business Development)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Personal Assistant to support our Director in managing daily operations and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with business proposals, presentations, reports, and market research.
• Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and monitor key action items.
• Support project coordination and administrative operations.
• Utilize digital and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with CRM systems and business productivity software.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Professional, discreet, proactive, and able to work independently.
