Job Types: Full-time,

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including motors, control panels, lighting systems, and machinery used in concrete pole production.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, perform diagnostics, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and internal SOPs.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and electrical records.
• Work closely with the mechanical and production teams to ensure continuous operations.
• Report and escalate any major electrical issues or hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in preventive maintenance schedules and improvement projects.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of electrical panels and work areas.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and motor control.
• Familiar with troubleshooting tools and electrical measuring instruments (e.g., multimeter, clamp meter).
• Ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of safety standards and electrical codes (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations).
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment and at heights (if required).

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):

• Experience in concrete or heavy manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of PLC, VSD, and automation systems.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
