Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting hearing aids and glasses to meet their needs
• Perform required hearing and vision tests competently to support sales decisions
• Use the POS system proficiently to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Deliver high-level customer service to create a positive buying experience
• Support in-stock processes by maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness to ensure a welcoming environment
• Uphold the store’s visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
