Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business development initiatives for EV-related projects, with a focus on engaging business owners, key stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities to identify, develop and secure business opportunities.

• Identify, assess and pursue new business opportunities across EV charging infrastructure, energy storage systems and battery-swapping solutions.

• Support the development of corporate strategies, business plans and market expansion initiatives to achieve business growth objectives.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with regulators, suppliers, service operators, clients and strategic partners to facilitate business collaboration and opportunities.

• Lead project origination and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop commercially viable project proposals, feasibility assessments and business cases.

• Manage commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), partnership agreements and other business agreements.

• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, competitor activities and emerging technologies in the EV charging and energy storage sectors to identify potential business opportunities and industry risks.

• Prepare business development reports, project progress updates and other management reports, and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
  

  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing or commercial functions, preferably within the EV charging, energy, power or related industries.

• Good understanding of EV charging technologies, project development processes and commercial business models.

• Strong business development, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills.

• Ability to identify business opportunities, assess project viability and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
