Job Summary

You will be the face of DTX, delivering exceptional travel service to thousands of customers worldwide by managing client interactions, converting enquiries into bookings, and supporting AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Contact past and potential clients by phone and chat to present our travel services and value proposition
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via email, chat, and phone to convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Manage client trips using our AI-enabled ERP system and provide feedback to improve AI agent efficiency
  • Travel overseas with customers when selected to ensure smooth and memorable tour experiences

Required competencies and certifications

  • Willingness to work from the office (this role is not remote)
  • Willingness to travel overseas when selected for tours

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client engagement and sales conversion
  • Ability to persuade clients effectively while maintaining professionalism and resilience to rejection
  • Self-motivation to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets
  • Genuine interest in travel to enhance client interactions and service delivery

Other Information

Remuneration Basic salary plus generous commission. Leads are provided, so you do not need to find your own.
