Job Descriptions

• Lead the end-to-end tendering process, focusing on technical submissions and compliance with tender requirements.
• Review tender specifications, identify critical requirements, liaise with vendors, and develop strategic proposals to support business growth.
• Prepare technical submissions, including project schedules, execution plans, manpower plans, value engineering proposals, and compliance documents, in collaboration with relevant departments. Develop tender presentation slides and present proposals during client clarification meetings.
• Attend site briefings and tender walkabouts to understand project requirements.
• Maintain lessons-learned records to improve future bidding strategies.
• Prepare project handover documents upon award.
• Support project teams, prequalification submissions, tender reviews, and other duties assigned by management.
