KeyResponsibilities
Develop and grow referral networks by engaging specialists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.
Build strong relationships with doctors across specialties; identify collaboration and cross-referral opportunities.
Expand the referral network by onboarding new GPs/specialists/medical groups.
Maintain regular engagement (in-person, calls, WhatsApp) with referring doctors.
Support relationships with insurers/TPAs/corporate healthcare partners, including panel participation and related administrative processes when required.
Organise medical talks/education sessions and networking events with Ascensus doctors.
Track engagement activities (meetings, talks, follow-ups) and gather market feedback to improve referral pathways and experience.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations (or related).
Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with relationship-building.
Proficient with MS Office; digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
