About the Role

We are a fast-growing medical distribution company specializing in cutting-edge biotherapeutics. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales expansion. In this role, you will be the face of our premium regenerative medicine portfolio—specifically stem cell therapies and advanced exosome products—selling directly to medical aesthetic clinics, premium beauty centers, and local medical practices.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Client Acquisition: Actively hunt, pitch, and close new accounts across aesthetic clinics, beauty centers, and local clinical networks.

Product Presentation & Demos: Deliver high-impact scientific presentations and clinical product demonstrations to aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, and clinic owners.

Relationship Management: Maintain and grow an assigned territory, ensuring high client retention, re-orders, and upselling of new treatment packages.

Pipeline Management: Track and report monthly sales pipelines, market feedback, and competitor pricing/trends to management.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or premium skincare. Experience selling stem cells, exosomes, or PRP is a massive advantage.

Network: A strong, ready-to-tap network of aesthetic doctors, plastic surgeons, clinic owners, or beauty center managers.

Scientific Aptitude: Ability to comfortably learn and communicate advanced cellular biology concepts (tissue repair, cellular signaling) to medical professionals.

Core Skills: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly proficient in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for sales tracking and client pitching.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent clinic visits.
