Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Quantity Surveyor di Parkland Group Melaka - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle quantity surveying and cost management for construction and property development projects.
• Prepare BQ, cost estimates, tender documents and quotations.
• Manage tender evaluation, contractor/subcontractor selection and negotiation.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims and progress payments.
• Assist in contract administration and final accounts.
• Liaise with project, construction, procurement and finance teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5years of relevant QS experience.
• Experience in construction and/or property development is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cost estimation, measurements, taking off, tendering and contract administration.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
