YOUR ROLE
Welcome and assist customers when they enter the branch
Guide customers to use self-service machines, internet banking and mobile apps
Understand customers’ needs and recommend the appropriate digital banking channels
Observe and record customer behaviour using a simple checklist
Provide friendly assistance and ensure customers have a smooth branch experience
