Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Controller at Insight Genesis - IGAi. The Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and optimizing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves developing internal controls, coordinating with external auditors, improving financial systems and processes, and providing clear financial analysis and recommendations to leadership. The Financial Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with the company’s growth objectives and AI-driven business model.

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disclosures.
• Candidates should possess solid Accounting knowledge to manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software tools, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role, preferably in technology, fintech, or AI-driven organizations.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
