JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (PROJECT ENGINEER C&S)

• Documenting project progress and maintaining accurate records
• Execute civil and structural design works with precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with clients, fellow consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Preparing detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications for civil and structural components of projects
• Overseeing the construction process and monitoring the quality of work to ensure it meets required standards
• Identifying potential problems and recommending solutions to optimize project outcomes
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by your superior.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (PROJECT ENGINEER M&E)

• Prepare Tender documentation, Bill of Quantity (BQ), Contract Documents, Technical Reports; Pick up quantities, costing and related analysis.
• Checking design drawings and follow up on amendments, if any.
• Submission of Claims, Variations, Reports for approval.
• Responsible for project planning, documentations, and submissions. Monitor project implementation progress and coordination works' Attend meetings with main and sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants.
• Knowledge in HV/LV Power Distribution, Lightning Protection System, ELV System, ICT Services. Lift 7 Escalator System, Fire Protection Services, ACMV, Sanitary Plumbing Services, LPG System would be advantageous.
• Any other tasks related to tender and implementation as assigned by superior officer. Reporting to Head of Department / Head of Section.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field, preferably in Electrical & Civil.
• 1-3 years working experienced.
• Good interpersonal skills with good written and spoken command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
• Resourceful, self-motivated & able to work independently. Keen to learn new knowledge and be hands-on.
