Cielo is working with one of Asia’s largest healthcare services groups, building out its engineering team in Bandar Utama.

We’re hiring full stack engineers at two levels: Engineers who are growing into broader ownership, and Senior Engineers who act as technical owners within a squad. You’ll work on B2B e-commerce and data platforms that support pharmaceutical supply chains across the region. Seniors will also partner with external technology vendors, reviewing requirements, managing delivery and owning the integration of their work into the core product.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid full stack experience, with Golang on the backend and React, Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend
• Strong SQL and database skills, ideally PostgreSQL
• Experience building and maintaining APIs (REST, GraphQL or gRPC)
• A quality mindset: automated testing, thoughtful code reviews and clear documentation
• Everyday use of AI development tools to work confidently across the stack
• Clear communication and an eagerness to flag risks early

Senior Engineers also bring a track record of ownership, the ability to mentor junior colleagues, and ideally experience working with outsourced teams or vendors.

An advantage: Redis, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure), and observability tools like Datadog or Grafana. Healthcare, pharma or B2B e-commerce experience is welcome, but we’re equally keen to hear from strong engineers in other sectors.
