About The Job
- Provide technical system support, handle troubleshooting, and assist with system API integrations and enhancements.
- Requires experience with Java, Spring framework, SQL (database queries for investigation), and HTML.
- Involves conducting black-box application testing, assisting with client testing, and documenting test results.
- Manage problem tickets and communication from start to resolution while documenting requirements and maintaining the knowledge base.
