Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Drafting Professional employment Contract and able to manage Info-HR software
Handle employee records, attendance, and leave administration on Info-Tech HR software.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and enhance our HR system
Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns (workplace safety, WICA)
Process payroll and staff benefits, organize the company events.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Support employee training, development, and performance management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR management or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
